Dark Witch is the first major project from Lore Monster Studios team productions, created and directed by lead artist and studios co-creator A.B. "Ibbit" Feemster and art director and co-creator Robert "Feind" Feemster in the summer of 2015. The comic officially launched in the Fall of 2021, debuting its first official published page on October 31st and currently is back in the workshop until early 2023 for a re-release around New Year's!Dark Witch is a dark fantasy story revolving around a wild witch named Isha, a god hunter named Metrocles, and a dark demon familiar named Lomo & takes place in the same universe as other Lore Monster Studios stories.The core of the story takes place in an age of grimm mythology during a time of civil war and disruption as Isha + her people try to fix a world broken by fanatical cultists and powerful gods.
story introduction
The city of Summers End has been a peaceful seaside society for a few decades with the leadership of the late Baron's wife Lady Catheryn Grisham and guidance of Lieutenant-Captain Thalea Leona precariously perched over the mortal townsfolk. Since the Baron's untimely death two summers prior, it is a city in name only on the brink of oblivion.Civil unrest has reached an all-time high between the new human city of Summers End and the nomadic clan faction of Drakkori beastkin now parked at their doorstep. With winter on the horizon, game has become scarce and both sides are hungry with little to spare for anyone and fewer arms to help. War whispers on the horizon.In the midst of negotiating treaties with the Drakkori elder hunters, rumors of a dark beast swallowing up game in the forest have come to fruition to the dismay of great Lady Grisham, and tales of a mysterious witch wraith that shrieks in the middle of the night. The townspeople are frightened, and there is little hope left before the darkness, death, or war swallows the city whole -- so thus a great god hunter must be called upon to help the mortals' cries once again..... if he will heed the call at all.

Isha is a wild witch that lurks somewhere in the moors outside of Summers End City. Many townsfolk have said to have seen her at night, her unnatural eyes aglow, dancing through the air like a dark wraith enveloped in ash and smoke. Some claim she is a living demon. Though those are just stories...

Metrocles the Hunter
Metrocles is known well by few, but loved by many that have unknowingly crossed the hunter's path. He spends most of his days hunting, fishing, and minding his own business. Occasionally he is called upon to help others, though never by his own choice. He always seems to know when others need him.

Lomo the Demon
Lomo is known only to Isha, both his equal and keeper in every sense as he is bound to her soul, and known otherwise only to those with similar godlike power. He does not play well with others, and often will seek any reason to eliminate bothersome mortals. He has very little compassion for others, but is intensely protective of the mortal he houses a body with.

Lady Catheryn Grisham
Lady Grisham is known as a fair and regal keeper to her city. She has given much of herself to see its true beauty come to life, and as such has helped lead their people into the new era with the strong help of her loyal soldiers and personal guard captain, Lieutenant-Captain Leona with clear eyes and a vast soul. There are, however, dark and magical secrets that lurk within the heart of a iron-willed lady..

Lieutenant-Captain Thalea Leona
Captain Leona is by far the most skilled soldier in all of Dothlan. Promoted to Lieutenant-Captain at only twenty and in charge of her own squad, she was quickly adopted as the Champion of Summers End for her battle prowess and fair treatment of the people. A true hero's heart with a will to survive that surpasses most mortal souls, no innocent life should worry when Captain Leona is near.

Commander Bichaupe Dae
Commander Bichaupe Dae is one of the oldest & most lethal soldiers amongst the Summers End ranks. Former personal trainer to the swordmaster Thalea Leona, and a guard master to the city, he is a righteous force of nature to contend with under the law. Rumors say he rarely removes his helmet, though Bichaupe is not a man to be reckoned with. No one has ever tried to take it off.
